Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 106/2023. It has been alleged that some of the beneficiaries of the purported loan sanctioned to them were returned back to Swaman Finance Private Limited and ultimately as amount of Rs. 21,63,000/- was embezzled. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2025. It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and on completion of investigation charge- sheet has been submitted by the Police. The implication of the petitioner appears to be on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Avinash Dhar Dubey. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palamau in connection with Lesliganj P.S.
