Paragraph nos. 13 to 15 of the said report is extracted as under:- “13. The during the investigation conducted so far, no material has surfaced establishing any direct connection between the applicant Deepak Kumar and accused Ajit Singh, Atal Bhardwaj or Himanshu Malik. 14. That during investigation conducted so far, no evidence has been found establishing any direct connection between the applicant Deepak Kumar and the alleged firm M/s Regional Trading. 15. That during investigation conducted so far, no direct nexus has also been found between the applicant Deepak Kumar and Amandeep Solanki.” 2.
