This is an ofÏce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed in MCRC No. 6454 of 2025, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Loknath Kashyap, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Sessions Judge, District- Mungeli (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 10.12.2025 has requested for grant of four months KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 additional time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, due to non- execution of the summons / bailable warrants issued to the prosecution witnesses within the stipulated time, statements of only twelve prosecution witnesses have been recorded in the case so far, and the statements of eight material witnesses are yet to be recorded. It is therefore most respectfully prayed that an additional period of four months may kindly be granted for disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
