Grievance of petitioners is that the services of petitioners on the post of Employment Assistant (Rojgar Sahayak) is not renewed. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are engaged as Rojgar Sahayak since 2018 and appointment of petitioners was renewed from time to time. Petitioners though continuously worked on the said post and place where they were appointed vide order dated 01.06.2018, 16.03.2018, 12.02.2020, 11.03.2017, 16.03.2018, 21.08.2017, 19.09.2009, 01.06.2018, 16.03.2018, 01.06.2018, 17.11.2017, 04.10.2023 and 04.10.2023 respectively, their renewal order has not been issued by respondent no. 3. He submits that petitioners have submitted representation before respondent no. 3 on 11.03.2026, however, till date no decision has been taken on the same. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that from pleadings and the documents enclosed it is apparent that grievance of petitioners is against respondent no. 3 to whom he is not representing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the documents places on record. 5. Considering the submission of learned cousnel for petitioners, facts and circumstances of the case and the documents placed on record, this petition is disposed off at this stage directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioners on 4 11.03.2026 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks. 6.
