1. The applicant who is in custody since 08.11.2025 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Boarijore P.S. Case No.46 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. No.1290 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 69/ 351(2) & 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned J.M.1st Class, Godda.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.
3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 16.03.2026 passed in B.A. No.1999 of 2026.
4. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the charge has been framed on 07.04.2026. It has been submitted that the victim is more mature than the applicant and there was long consensual relationship and only on refusal of marriage, this false case has been lodged. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
6. Considering the above fact, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Godda in connection with Boarijore P.S. Case No.46 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. No.1290 of 2025, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
