Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the petition of the petitioner will be treated as representation and his request for transferring him to such place wherever the CGHS facilities and dispensary are available shall be taken into account in the matter of giving fresh posting to the petitioner. 2. In such an eventuality, it is stated that the petition can be treated as a representation. 3. That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition by accepting the aforesaid suggestion coming out from learned counsel for the respondents on instructions. 4. Till such orders are passed by the respondents giving fresh posting to the petitioner, the impugned order of transfer shall be kept in abeyance and a This is a digitally signed order.
