This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for Page No.# 2/2 granting bail to the petitioner, who has been in judicial custody since 11.12.2025 in connection with Panigaon P.S. Case No. 87/2025), registered under Sections 329 (4)/ 65 of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. The scanned copy of the TCR has been received. I have perused the same. 4. The trial is proceeding at the correct pace and there are implications against the petitioner. 5. At the present stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
