. 2026 The learned Addl. P.P has submitted that the investigation has culminated in C.S. No. 38/2026 dated 17.02.2026.
2. The petitioner having been granted an interim bail during the investigation process herein, this Court finds that on the submission of the Charge-sheet, further apprehension of arrest by the investigating authority does not arise in the present.
3. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is closed, leaving the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as and when the summons are received for participation in the trial.
