After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal to pursue her remedy before the concerned District Legal Services Authority [‘DLSA’]. 3. Learned counsel representing respondent no.2 has tendered a copy of a notice issued by the West DLSA which reveals that certain proceedings have been drawn by the West DLSA for victim compensation. The said notice dated 16.07.2026 is taken on record. 4. Even otherwise, learned Single Judge has also observed that once the appellant approaches the concerned DLSA and is not satisfied on conclusion of the proceedings before the concerned DLSA in relation to payment of compensation, it will be open to the appellant to approach this Court again.
