(1) 102wp6581.26 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO.6581/2026 Vishwas Pralhad Anbhore.Vs.Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal & Ors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, Court's or Judge's orders appearances, Court's orders of directions and Registrar's orders -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Rugved Dhore, Advocate for petitioner. Mr. M. G. Rathi, Advocate for respondents. CORAM : ANIL L. PANSARE AND NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, JJ. DATE : SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 On 28.09.2026, following order was passed: “Heard for some time. 2] The challenge is to an order dated 17/4/2026 by which the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, has proposed inquiry into the grievance raised by the petitioner in respect of seniority so as to verify whether the petitioner, who was otherwise promoted on 13/1/2010, could not join promotional post for non receipt of the said communication. 3] The petitioner has approached the Court without waiting for the decision in the inquiry. It is not the case of the petitioner that the inquiry has not commenced pursuant to the impugned order. That being so, we find this petition to be premature. 4] At this stage, the Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions. Granted. 5] List on 30/9/2026.” 2. As could be seen, we have noted that the petition is premature because decision of the inquiry is either not taken or is not known to the petitioner. 3. That being so, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if the decision in the inquiry is against him.
