Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore ACQA No. 184/2024. 6. Prayer for restoration of the acquittal appeal is allowed and ACQA No. 184/2024 is restored to its original number subject to the petitioner depositing cost of Rs.1,000/- within seven days from today to the High Court Legal Services Authority. 7.
