The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. [2026:RJ-JP:32333] (2 of 2) [CCP-922/2025] 2. The writ petition is said to have been filed by the petitioners for grant of ex-gratia amount. 3. No one is present on behalf of the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has already been extended ex-gratia amount of Rs.19,25,000/- on 07.08.2026 and has placed before this Court the letter dated 13.08.2026 and so also the document relating to transfer of the amount in the account of the petitioner. 5. In view of the fact that ex-gratia amount has already been transferred in the account of the petitioner, in opinion of this Court that the respondents have made substantial compliance of the order of the Court. 6. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 7. Contempt notices stand discharged. 8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 125/Ashish Kumar
