During course of submission it has been informed by the learned counsel for both the sides that Maintenance Case No.92 of 2025 is pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra and even Complaint Case No.1096 of 2025 is pending before the learned C.J.M, Civil Courts, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for both the sides have jointly agreed that the instant Original Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.52 of 2025 may be transferred to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra as other litigations are also pending there. 4. Under the circumstances mentioned above and in view of the submission made about and with the consent of both the sides, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is disposed of with direction that Original Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.52 of 2025, 2026:JHHC:14772 2 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Latehar be transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra as the other cases i.e., Maintenance Case No.92 of 2025 and Complaint Case No.1096 of 2025 are also pending before the Civil Courts, Chatra. 5. However, it will be desirable that the instant Original Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.52 of 2025 and Maintenance Case No.92 of 2025 be heard on the same date before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra, so that the parties may not suffer. 6. Let a copy of this order be sent by FAX to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra and learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Latehar and the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Latehar is directed to transmit the entire record of Original Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.52 of 2025 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra.
