Learned counsel for petitioner submits that according to the Circular issued by the State Government dated 07.07.2025, charge of Mandal Sanyojak is to be given to senior most Hostel Superintendent of the concerned department. Petitioner is working on the post of Hostel Superintendent, however, he has not been assigned the work of Mandal Sanyojak. Against which, petitioner submitted representation before Respondent No. 3 on 02.02.2026, however, representation submitted by petitioner is not considered and decided. 2 / 2 also submits that in the representation there is mentioned that some of the post of Mandal Sanyojak became vacant after retirement of the concerned employee, however, even then petitioner has not been considered for assignment of the work of Mandal Sanyojak and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection.

On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation of petitioner dated 02.02.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
