This is a Bail Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) for grant of Pre-arrest Bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S Case No. 20/2026 under Section 80(2) of B.N.S, registered pursuant to lodging of an F.I.R dated 05.04.2026. 3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and the learned Senior counsel submits that the husband of the deceased had been granted default bail by the Judicial Magistrate First Class on 13.07.2026, since the charge sheet had not been submitted within 90 days of detention in judicial custody. 4. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted vide CS No. 59/2026 dated 27.07.2026. 5. On consideration of the materials placed before this Court, there does not seem to be any apprehension or requirement of the Investigating Authority to arrest the petitioner herein, since the charge sheet has already been submitted. 6. Accordingly, this petition is closed providing that the petitioner would appear before the Trial Court, if and when summons are received in the event the petitioner is put for Trial. 7.
