By filing this writ application, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the bank to release the bank guarantee furnished by the respondent No.1 in favour of the petitioner. 3. From Annexure-1 to the writ petition, it is quite clear that all the bank guarantees have already lapsed or the validity period has come to an end. Since the validity period of all the bank guarantees has come to an end, no order can be passed by this Court. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse of law for recovery of the money. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
