The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.24505/2023(S-RES). 2. In terms of the said order, this Court had directed the accused to consider the complainant's request to accord approval for his appointment effective from the date of his appointment i.e., with effect from 25.08.2007. 3. The accused has filed a compliance affidavit enclosing therewith the Government Order dated 12.05.2025, which reflects that the complainant's appointment has been considered with retrospective effect from 27.08.2007, being the date on which the complainant had reported the duty. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7581-DB CCC No. 531 of 2025 4. The directions issued by this Court have been complied with. No further proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is required to be initiated. 5. The complaint is, accordingly, closed. 6.
