By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of or in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s thereby reducing the environmental compensation amount to the extent of Rs.2,40,000/- (which has already been paid) instead of Rs.6,00,000/- vide Letter No. F.No.DPCC/CMCVII/ 2022/3523-24 dated 31.03.2022 or, b) Issue a writ of or in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s to the respondents to de seal the premises of the Petitioner situated at Juggi No.- 19/310,sant Swami Bagh, Inder Lok, Shahzada Bagh, Delhi, North West, Delhi-110035.” 2. This Court, having gone through the averments made in the petition, is of the opinion that it is not possible to grant the aforesaid prayers. 3. However, purely on humanitarian ground, the time to deposit the amount of compensation ordered to be paid vide letter dated 31.03.2022 is extended for a period of two months from date.
