This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking action against respondent no. 6-Institution. 2. A bare look at the petition reveals that the petitioner, a 70 years old gentleman, has claimed his occupation as social worker and based on certain documents, apparently made available to him, first made the complaint and then has filed the present PIL alleging that though the recognition of respondent no. 6-Institution has been cancelled, still the said Institution is working. 3. The petition is totally silent as to the trigger for the petitioner to investigate the aspect of the recognition of the Institution. In case, the petitioner was genuinely having public interest, probably he wold have made investigation about all the schools and then file a petition. The petition apparently has been filed at the behest of someone, who has some score to settle qua respondent no. 6. 4. In that view of the matter, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
