Considering the same, she submits that transition of any history sheeter only happens periodically and at different stages, as also that the activities of the petitioner shall be reviewed periodically and action(s), if any, shall be taken in accordance with Chapter 23 of the Punjab Police Rules, 1934 in due course as well. 2. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach, if as and when required. This is a digitally signed order.
