Ramesh Chander and another”, under Secon 20 of the Punjab Urban Rent Act, 1995 is pending before learned Rent Controller, Phillaur, District Jalandhar. 2. The simple prayer made by learned counsel for the peoners- landlord is to direct the concerned Rent Controller to dispose of the applicaon moved under Secon 25 of the Punjab Rent Act, 1995 (Annexure P-64) expediously. The said applicaon was moved by the peoners to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of rent along with house tax up to date. 3. Without issuing any noce to the opposite party, lest it may delay the disposal of the case, present revision peon is hereby disposed of with a direcon to the concerned Rent Controller to dispose of the applicaon (Annexure P-64) expediously as per law. Learned Rent Controller shall also take effecve steps to dispose of the main rent peon, considering the fact that the same had been filed way back in 2020.
