The petitioners assert that they were married on 04.02.2026. A copy of the marriage certificate issued by Arya Samaj Mandir (Trust) has been placed on record. The Class 10th marksheets of both petitioners have also been placed on record. These show that petitioner No. 1 was born on 14.04.2006 and petitioner No. 2 was born on 03.02.2005. Both have, therefore, attained majority. 3. In view of the fact that neither of the petitioners is a minor and that they solemnised their marriage on 04.02.2026, Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the State, submits This is a digitally signed order.
