1. Post dismissal from the services of the respondents on the ground that the requisite qualification was from an unrecognized institution, the petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he be permitted to apply afresh in case if a fresh recruitment process is taken out. He has relied on a Division Bench order of this Court delivered in W.P.(C) 14458/2025 dated 15th April, 2026 titled ‘Deepak v. UOI and Ors.’.
2. According to him, the present petition can also be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Having perused the said order dated 15th April, 2026, this Court has not shown any indulgence in the exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction in the matter of interfering with the dismissal order, however, the petitioner is permitted to participate in future recruitment process in accordance with This is a digitally signed order.
