Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the oral and arbitrary order of terminating the petitioner's services as Voluntary Servant (Naimitik Bhritya) as illegal, void, and unconstitutional; 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in her post with full continuity of service and all consequential benefits; 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner her due and pending wages/back wages for the period from May 2023 to PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 December 2023, along with all other pending dues and appropriate interest thereon; 10.4. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to, direct the respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioner before respondent no.3. 10.5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in this writ petition petitioner has already submitted representation before Respondents no. 3 & 4 which is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondents No. 3 & 4 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. He also submits that petitioner may also be permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation before Respondents No. 2 & 3 and further direction be issued to the concerned authorities to take decision on the same at the earliest within specified time, along with pending representation. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner of filing fresh representation and seeking direction to take decision on the representation including pending representation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, considering the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, without entering into merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation before Respondents No. 2 to 4 and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authorities shall take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation. 3 / 3 5.
