Heard Ms. Marella Radha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that he case pertains to child trafficking, and that the petitioner may the present petition before the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, seeking relaxation of the condition, as the individual continues to languish in jail despite the grant of bail. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to move such 4 application before the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada. 5. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, seeking relaxation of condition. On filing such application, learned Judge is directed to dispose of the same, according to law, as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. __________________________________________ DR.
