The present contempt application has been preferred alleging wilful defiance of the order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the Writ Court in Writ-C No. 43084 of 2025, whereby the opposite parties were directed to decide the application preferred by the applicant. 2. Today, instructions dated 30.09.2026 have been produced before the Court, along with a copy of the order dated 30.09.2026 passed in compliance with the aforesaid order of the Writ Court. 3. Let a copy of the said instructions along with the order dated 30.09.2026 be served upon learned counsel for the applicant and the same be taken on record as Appendix- A. 4. Since there has been substantial compliance with the order passed by the Writ Court, the present contempt application is consigned to the record, leaving it open to the applicant to question the order dated 30.09.2026 before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
