By this application, the respondent nos.1, 3 to 5 seek permission to withdraw entire decreetal amount which is deposited by the appellant with the registry of this court. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant has strongly opposed the present application. 3. In the present matter, considering the ground which is raised by the appellant in the present appeal and the fact that the bread earner of the family of the claimants has been died in the accident, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the appellant along with interest accrued thereon, as per their entitlement of share as recorded in the judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, dated 07.05.2025, subject to furnishing the regular undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 4.
