Sinha, APP …...... 02/15.05.2026: This Cr.MP has been filed for modification of the condition in the order dated 26.02.2026 passed in BA No. 12033 of 2025 wherein it was directed that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has close relative but none of them have any landed property in the State of Jharkhand. 3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the condition in the order dated 26.02.2026 passed in BA No. 12033 of 2025 is modified to the effect that one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner and he will file an undertaking that as and when required the petitioner will be produced before the Court concerned. The petitioner will also appear once in a month before the Trial Court. 4. With the aforesaid modification in the condition, this Cr.MP is allowed.
