This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Umme Salema Sultana; (ii) Lutfor Rahman; (iii) Faruque Abdullah @ Abdulla; (iv) Hazrat Ali; (v) Osman Goni Sheikh and (vi) Minarul Hoque @ Minarul Islam who are apprehending arrest in connection with Bilasipara P.S. Case No. 91/2026 registered under Sections 126(2)/308(2)/117(2)/303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. This case was fixed today for production of the case diary, but it is submitted by Mr. Baishya, learned Addl. PP that Charge Sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. Page No.# 3/3 No. 135/2026 dated 22.05.2026. 4. As the case has already been charge sheeted, the petitioners herein are directed to appear before the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application seeking regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. With the above observation, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 6.
