1. KOMARA PRUDHVI RAJ Counsel for the Respondent(S):
1. GAJJALA MALLIKARJUNA REDDY The Court made the following:
ORDER
Heard Sri Komara Prudhvi Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Y.Nagi Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Gajjala Malikarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. p. 3
2. The above revision is filed complaining of inaction of the trial Court in numbering and deciding an unnumbered petition filed under Order XVIII Rule 17 r/w 151 CPC vide CF No.4161 of 2026 dated 25.09.2026 and another unnumbered petition filed under Section 151 CPC vide CF No.4160 of 2026 dated 25.09.2026.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/plaintiff filed I.As. on 25.09.2026 referred to supra, in suit O.S.No.14 of 2018 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Gudur. The said I.As were returned with certain objections. Thereafter, the said I.As were re-submitted on 03.10.2026 after complying with objections. However, the trial Court neither numbered nor passed a judicial order rejecting the same.
4. Sri Y.Nagi Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Gajjala Malikarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that initially, by the date of filing of the revision, the petitioner did not comply with the objections and later, the objections were complied with.
5. Thus, as seen from the material available on record, the petitioner complied with the objections vis-à-vis the interlocutory applications. Since the objections were complied with and the I.As were re-submitted, without touching the merits of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned VII Additional District Judge, Gudur to number the I.As, if they are otherwise in order, and to pass appropriate orders according to law, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
