Heard Sri.Sudhanva D.S, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.K.Nageshwarappa, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri.Syed Khaleel Pasha, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record. 3. The parties to the lis were before the concerned Court in O.S.No.22/2025 and are said to have settled the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8202 CRL.P No. 12492 of 2023 dispute amongst themselves by drawing up certain terms of settlement. One such term of settlement is closure of the present proceedings. 4. The parties are present before the Court and would confirm that the matter is settled between the parties in the aforesaid O.S.No.22/2025. 5. In the light of the Compounding Application being filed along with the Joint Affidavit and also the offences being not against the State, I deem it appropriate to accept the Compounding Application and terminate the proceedings as against the petitioners. 6. For the aforesaid reasons, the following: O R D E R [I] Criminal Petition is disposed.
