Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, this Court has no jurisdiction in view of clause 21.1.2 of the agreement dated 18.12.2021 vide Annexure-D. She submits that, the dispute has to be resolved in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) under the jurisdiction of local Courts in English. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking a leave of the Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to approach the High Court of Gujarat. 4. The memo is taken on record. 5.
