Issue a writ of mandamus or such other appropriate writ or orders or directions, directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the case of the Petitioner for employment to any suitable post including skilled, unskilled and security guards in Karnataka Power Corporation as per the representations submitted by the Petitioner to the Respondents No.2 to 4 herein. (i.e., Annexure -N1) ii. to award costs and grant such other relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and expedient in the circumstances of the case,” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 to 6 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 18.01.2022 at Annexure - N1 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19997 WP No. 17077 of 2022 has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 18.01.2022 at Annexure - N1 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
