The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application. The appeal filed by the applicant was not registered and the objection was raised by the Registry that the applicant has not paid the court fees. The objection was not removed within the stipulated period as the applicant was facing financial crisis. In Corona period all the family members died and because of the medical expenses during that period, the applicant could not deposit the requisite court fees within the stipulated period and, therefore, objection was not removed in that regard within stipulated period. 2. Considering the reasons given in the application delay of 75 days in filing the restoration application is condoned subject to applicant’s depositing Rs.10,000/- with Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, 2 cao1003.2026 Nagpur, bearing Account No. 129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 within one week. 3.
