The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against respondents for demolishing the unauthorized and illegal construction in shape of multi-storied commercial complex situated at property bearing This is a digitally signed order. It is the petitioner’s grievance that the unauthorised construction has opened entry and exit points through the internal roads of the petitioner's colony, leading to serious traffic congestion and safety hazards, which is causing obstruction to peaceful enjoyment of property by the residents of the petitioner society. Photographs have been filed along with the writ petition to show the unauthorised construction. 4. Mr. Shivam Sachdeva, counsel appearing on advance notice for the respondent/MCD submits that the subject property has been inspected this morning and unauthorised construction has been found therein. He submits that appropriate action shall be taken against the subject property in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 6. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 7.
