Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus quashing the impugned transfer order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), the rejection orders dated 04.08.2025 and 23.09.2025 (Annexure P-2), and the relieving order dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure P-3). 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner at Government Middle School, Dipadihkhurd, Block- Shankargarh, District -Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) with all consequential benefits, including continuity of service. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while posted as Teacher at Government Middle School Dipadihkhurd, Block – Shankargarh, District- Balrampur – Ramanujganj is transferred to Government Middle School Tugwa, block Wardrafnagar under rationalization policy. Petitioner has challenged the order of his transfer/posting before the Additional Commissioner, which was rejected on 23.09.2025 without considering the grounds mentioned therein in appropriate manner. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that against the order of Divisional Level Committee, petitioner is having remedy of appeal before the State Level Committee under rationalization policy. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the State Level Committee and a direction be issued to State Level Committee to consider and decide the appeal within specified time frame. 5. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties, this petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit an appeal/representation before the State Level Committee and if such appeal/representation is submitted, the State Level Committee shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of appeal/representation. 6.
