This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present CMP application is early disposal of the suit bearing C.S. No.136 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kendrapara. 3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2020, this Court is not inclined to pass any specific direction. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move an application before the learned trial court seeking early disposal of the suit. In such eventuality, the learned trial court shall pass necessary orders therein in due course. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the CMP application stands disposed of.
