Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by the Tehsildar under Section 250 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code (CGLRC) is without jurisdiction and is bad in law. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would submit that the order passed by the Tehsildar in a proceeding under Section 250 of the CGLRC is appealable according to the provisions of Section 44 of the Code. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy to prefer an appeal against the order passed by the Tehsildar, therefore, in my opinion, this petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. 5.
