Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the furdbyan of the petitioner was recorded but the FIR was not registered for which she has submitted a representation before the higher authorities but the same has not evoked any response. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ application, the same stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.2, stating her grievance in details and if any such representation is submitted within a period of two weeks, the respondent No.2 shall act upon the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioner.
