The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bank More P.S. Case No. 230 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are neighbor and the altercation took place due to death of a goat. He next submits that there was free fight between both sides and both sides have received injury. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner and informant side are the neighbors and altercation took place due to death of a goat and further the allegations of assault are general and omnibus and it has been pointed out that both the sides have received injuries, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Bank More P.S.
