THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION DATED 20.12.2021, 20.12.2021 AND 19.01.2022 ADDRESSING TO THE 5TH RESPONDENT VIDE ANNEXURES-A, B AND C FOR TO FULFILL THE BASIC DEMAND OF DRINKING WATER, ELECTRICITY, DRAINAGE AND ROAD IN THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO 5TH RESPONDENT MEASURING EAST TO WEST 23 FEET AND SOUTH TO NORTH 15 FEET TO REACH THE PETITIONER'S RESIDENCES FROM THE SCHEDULE PROPERTY IN CONTINUATION WITH THE EXISTENCE ROAD, ETC.
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN 'B' GROUP THROUGH PHYSICAL HEARING/VIDEO CONFERENCING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

ORAL ORDER
1. It appears that the petitioners have put up construction on their respective farms which are remotely located and they have requested the respondent-authorities to provide necessary civic amenities by way of drinking water, electricity, drainage and road. As the same has not been provided, the present petition is filed with the following prayers:-
"a. To issue appropriate writ of order in the nature of Mandamus or such order this Hon'ble Court deem fit to consider the representation dated 20.12.2021, 20.12.2021 and 19.01.2022 addressing to the 5th Respondent vide Annexure-A, B & C for to fulfill the

basic demand of drinking water, electricity, Drainage and Road in the property belongs to 5th Respondent measuring East to West 23 feet and South to North 15 feet to reach the petitioner's Residences from the schedule property in continuation with the existence road.
b. To issue appropriate writ or order in the nature of Mandamus or such order this Hon'ble Court deem fit to direct the 2nd to 5th respondent conduct the survey in the schedule property and submit the survey report to this Hon'ble Court.
c. To issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice and equity."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the prayer column (a), the property belonging to respondent No.5 from South to North has been mentioned as '15 feet', which is a typographical error and the same should be read as '50 feet'.

Learned counsel for the respondents together submit that the authorities concerned are trying their best to provide whatever facilities which are permissible under law to the petitioners subject to the availability of adequate resources at

the hands of the respondent-authorities. It is also submitted that after filing of the present writ petition, water facility has been provided and upon payment of the required expenses, the respondents are endeavoring their best to provide electricity and drainage facilities also.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to endeavor their best to provide the necessary facilities to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.
