The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned orders i.e. Annexure P/1. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to suitably direct the respondents for considering the petitioner’s representation in the interest of justice at earliest. 2 10.3 Any other relief/relief’s which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is working on the post of Assistant Teacher and posted at Government Primary School, Dodkachaura, Block – Jashpur has been transferred to Government Primary School, Sarudhab, Block – Bagicha, District – Jashpur under the Rationalization Scheme, 2025. Petitioner has already submitted a representation before the Respondent No. 3/Collector, however, the representation dated 24.11.2025 has not been considered till date. He also submits that under the Rationalization Scheme, 2025, committee is constituted at the district level headed by the Collector to consider the claim of Teachers posted in the primary schools and the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the Committee, therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3/Collector to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in the representation dated 24.11.2025 at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits, but is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 3/Collector to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. I have have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Committee constituted by the State Government under the Rationalization Scheme, 3 2025 and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
