Ojha, A.P.P. ------ 03/ 15.05.2026 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.09.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 5302 of 2025 by this court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail, however, they have not appeared before the learned court within the stipulated time, as the petitioners were engaged in preparation of marriage, as the marriage of one of their family member was fixed. He also refers to marriage card, which is contained in Annexure-2 of the petition. He next submits that two weeks’ time may kindly be allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that in spite of the privilege of anticipatory bail, provided to the petitioners, the petitioners have not surrendered before the learned court. 4. Considering the argument of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to the [ 2026:JHHC:15110] -2- petitioners to surrender before the learned court. 5. The order dated 12.09.2025, passed in A.B.A. No. 5302 of 2025 by this court is modified to the above extent and the rest of the conditions are kept intact. 6.
