1. The first bail application of the petitioner was decided by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2026, granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, after completion of investigation and after submission of charge-sheet.
2. The present second bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the petitioner in connection with FIR No.162/2026, registered at the Police Station C.P.S. Jaipur, District ACB District for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 61(2) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Counsel submits that there is no recovery at the instant of the petitioner and he is in custody since the date of his
(2 of 2) [CRLMB-12984/2026] arrest. He further submits that the trial will take its own time to conclude, therefore, indulgence of bail be granted to the petitioner.
4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer.

Considering the arguments put forward by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and he is in custody since the date of date of his arrest and looking to the fact that trial will take its own time to conclude and without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and appropriate to grant indulgence of bail to the petitioner under Section 483 BNSS.

Accordingly, the instant second bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioner Ramavtar S/o Banshidhar, arrested in connection with aforementioned FIR, may be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent and the concerned Trial Court today itself by email/FAX for intimation/ communication of this order to the petitioner.
