The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation has been levelled of outraging the modesty of the victim girl when she was on way to examination centre as she was appearing in the examination of Class XII. He submits that the petitioner is a student and he was also appearing in the said examination. He next submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 10.01.2026 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 23.01.2026. He further submits that there is land dispute between the father of the petitioner and the informant. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 9 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegation is there of outraging the modesty. 5. Considering that alleged occurrence is said to be dated 10.01.2026 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 23.01.2026 and it has been pointed out that the petitioner was also appearing in the said examination and there is land dispute between the father of the petitioner and the informant and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as 2026:JHHC:15105 disclosed in para 9 of the petition, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Anit Uploaded 16.05.2026
