The petitioner has preferred the present contempt petition contending that the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1037/2020 has not been complied with by the respondent – Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee, Amravati through its Member Secretary. 2. Before issuance of notice, we have requested learned AGP to seek instructions. On seeking instructions, the learned AGP made a statement that the Validity Certificate has already been issued to the present petitioner Ravindra Pralhadsingh Yeotikar on 27.08.2026. She also placed on record a copy of the same for the perusal of the Court. 3. In view of that, nothing remains in the contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is disposed of. (RAJ D.
