Learned counsel for petitioner has taken me through FIR as well as photographs of the injured petitioners, according to which the accused persons assaulted the injured with rod and some pointed object on head. It is contended by learned counsel that the injury was caused on vital part of the body, so cannot be treated as a simple hurt. That, according to learned counsel for petitioner justifies transfer of investigation. 3. Learned ASC assisted by IO/SI Ashwani appearing on advance intimation accepts notice and submits that they shall consider to incorporate appropriate provision of law in the chargesheet. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this would satisfy the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
