Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. By this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, 1. Baharul Bhuyan and 2. Rahij Uddin, have prayed for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Changsari P.S. Case No.176/2026 under Sections 303(2)/317(3) of the BNS, 2023 r/w Section 11(1)(a)(d) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 r/w Section 13(1) of Assam Cattle Preservation (Amendment), Act, 2021. Case diary called for, has been received . The petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Authority on or before 11.09.2026 along with all necessary documents to be produced on their behalf to participate and cooperate in the investigation. In the event, the petitioners appear before the Investigating Authority on or before the aforesaid date fixed, the petitioners named above shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with a surety of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. In the event failure of the petitioners to appear before the concerned Investigating Authority as per the date fixed, the privilege of pre-arrest bail granted to them, shall automatically stand recalled. Anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
