Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the instant writ petition stands squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4934/2025 titled Hari Singh Gurjar vs. RSRTC & Anr., decided on 04.04.2025, and prays that the present petition may also be decided in the same terms. 2. Mr. Rajpal Dhankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-RSRTC, has no objection to the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, in view of the broad consensus between the parties, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of in light of [2026:RJ-JP:32103] (2 of 2) [CW-15302/2026] the judgment passed in the case of Hari Singh Gurjar (supra).
