JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 14/08/2026 (2 of 2) [HC-283/2026] Pursuant to order of this Court dated 06.08.2026, Mr. Uday Singh, CI, assisted by Ms. Choti Devi, 11832, PS Patrakar Colony, Jaipur (South), has produced Ms. ‘P’ before us. Indisputably, she is minor. On interaction, she stated that she wants to go back to her Aunty (Chachi) from where she has been brought by the Police Officers. The Police Officers acknowledge the aforesaid fact. In the conspectus of aforesaid, we dispose of the habeas corpus petition with a direction to the police authorities to leave Ms. ‘P’ back to her aunty’s home and ensure her safe return.
